We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and proof of purchase.
We are happy to refund any clothing item/s that are in the same condition they were received in, with their original label still attached in the same place that it was sent. If the item is stained, marked or rubbed, we will not accept a refund.
Lingerie must be returned unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition with the hygiene strip and original tags attached.
Jewellery must be returned unworn and in the original packaging, as well as in its box. All beauty products, vintage items and 3rd Ritual's BEL Candle are final sale only. No exceptions will be made.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address and label if requested, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Denude. Denude is not responsible for any return shipping costs or customs and duties reimbursement. We recommend you send back any returns using a signed for postal service, as we cannot refund an item that does not arrive to our office. Once we receive your item/s, we will process it as soon as possible.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, this includes all beauty products, vintage items - including panties, and 3rd Ritual's BEL Candle. These items are final sale only.
We do not accept returns on vintage items, they are always sold as seen and we hope that Denude's customers will not feel disappointed by any wear to a vintage item, but see it as part of its character. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, we are always more than happy to answer your questions, no matter how small they may seem. We do not accept returns on gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The time will vary according to your banks policy. Denude reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements. Denude is unable to accommodate exchange requests, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
